2. User Account and Security

To access certain analytics features, you must establish an account. You represent and warrant that:

• All provided registry credentials are accurate and complete.
• You will safeguard your password and prevent unauthorized third parties from obtaining access.
• You will notify MoneyFlow security support immediately of any suspected breach or credential theft.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to utilize the MoneyFlow services to:

• Upload malicious scripts, files, or viruses designed to interrupt infrastructure services.
• Falsify credentials or impersonate other users, administrators, or partners.
• Engage in scraping, automated extraction, or heavy queries that exceed reasonable rate limits.

4. Fees and Subscriptions

Early waitlist members may receive free premium tiers as specified by active landing promotions. Standard premium subscription plans will bill recurrently according to your selected payment schedules. All fees are billed in US Dollars and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, graphic designs, text contents, visual brand logos, and databases used to construct MoneyFlow are the property of HarnessIQ. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the interface for personal wealth management only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MoneyFlow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that transaction analysis will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly synchronous at all times.

MoneyFlow is a productivity tool and does not provide certified financial planning, tax accounting, or legal auditing advice. Always consult certified financial planners for major investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarnessIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your inability to access tracking portals.

8. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which Money Flow operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
